Great seat but customer service is fantastic. This is how customer service should be.
I finally splurged and bought my Ultimate seat recently and I’m loving it. It looks and feels great, which frankly is exactly what I was expecting. Over the decades I have had many bikes of all stripes and replaced every single seat. I’ve also tried everything from air cushions to gel, sheepskin and beads and have never been completely satisfied until now. You cannot go wrong with these seats. I had the comfort seat from Can Am (Good) but I am happy I spent the money for the Ultimate Seat (Great!). As for the passenger seat; No contest, the Ultimate Seat is sooooooo much better for passenger comfort. If you're on the fence I would advise you to buy it. If you want more information, email them because they are very helpful and responsive.
