First time going to this place. Lady was super nice but I was SHOOK when I walked in. The place had a horrible smell and looked like a thrift store with stuff everywhere. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years or up to normal standards. I used the restroom and was walked to the back and it looked straight out of hoards. Then she tells me it would be $300 for a color. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value I was able to get in on the same day, which I LOVED! I hadn't been to any salon for a haircut in 3 years.. so after dreading to make an appointment it was great to hear 'come on in now!' The woman who cut my hair (her name escapes me now.. oops!) I would really love to chat with whoever is writing these 5 star reviews and see if we are all talking about the same salon. Tina WAY over charged for sub par work. (I am talking a hundred dollars over charge) I don’t think salons in Beverly Hills charge as much as she thinks her work is worth. Spent way too much time in the salon, while she multitasked. She clearly has taken advantage of recouping after this pandemic. I will definitely spread the word regarding her cash grabs & will definitely NOT return.
Tina is the best out there. She will always take care of you. No matter your age she has you covered.
