Disappointing quality control and dismissive customer service!! I reached out to Ultimate Sack customer support after opening my bag to clean it and discovering that the shredded foam filling was placed directly into the outer suede cover with no inner safety liner present. According to their product specifications, an inner liner is standard to keep the foam contained so the outer cover can be removed and washed. Cheap and uncomfortable. I thought at first it just needed a couple weeks to fully expand but now that is been like 6 months and no one uses the bean bag cause it’s so uncomfortable…..thought I’d leave a quick reviews to help others from wasting money. He’s a pick of what it’s full of.

Avoid this vendor. Spent over $500 and order was incomplete by one bean bag. No timely response from support email. Doesn't offer phone or any escalation.

Very sad when you read great reviews and decide to buy and then find out that there is an issue that requires attention and after sending multiple emails getting no response is very poor customer service. Furthermore it seems that in today's world not having a valid phone number seems to question the validity and integrity of this company and product. Hopefully this will be addessed.
