Cecil and his crew helped me throughout a complete remodel on a main house and guest house. They can do it all. Ultimate Roofing and Construction framed an entire new front section and entrance to the house, roofed renovated both buildings, painted and much more. Cecil is honest and up front about everything and his pricing is competitive. I will use Ultimate on many more projects in the future. Thanks Cecil.
DO NOT HIRE. Cecil is a scammer. I chose to support a small business to get my roof repaired, but regret it. They took my money and didn't fix it. Tried to call, but they won't pick up or respond to texts. They also tried to overcharge me. If you want to get scammed, this is the business.
No star is what they deserve. All I’m gonna say is if you want your roof done right? Do not get this company to do your roof.
