I had my split system serviced and cleaned today by the lovely Zach. He arrived on time, communicated clearly about what he would do and was very friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Thank you for sending Zach. You must be very proud of him. If I was his mum I would be so proud. Thanks again. Deb Little

A very disappointing experience. A split system was initially installed in the wrong dwelling at my property, and during the subsequent work my functioning ducted gas heating was decommissioned. I’m now left without that heating system. When I tried to resolve the issue directly with Ultimate, they were unhelpful and told me to deal with the real estate instead. After a lengthy dispute, the issue remains unresolved. I would not use them again.

Thank you so very much to Shaun and his team for the recent installation of a ducted system for us. From start to finish your communication was 10/10. The installation was carried out so professionally by your hard working and respectful team, all who were so great to deal with and very polite.
