Always great to deal with. Prompt responses to questions, mockups are ready quickly and shipping was super fast. Pins always look exactly as described
I would also like to give 10 stars! After sending in a vague request with some ideas, I am absolutely floored by the incredible attention to detail that went into the design that was created for our custom medal for our school's end of year awards. For our custom medals it took 3 weeks from initial design request until we received the finished product and every aspect of it was easy and came with great customer service. We will for sure be ordering again next year! (The price was also very reasonable!!!)
Have done business with them on 2 separate occasions, and was very happy with the entire experience. The design team took my inability to describe things (which I augmented with photos) and created a great creation. The sales team answered all my questions (there were a lot. I overthink things.) And the shipping was fast, and the pins were a hit. If I could give them 10 stars I would. From the initial email requesting information to the final product I have been incredibly impressed with their attention to detail, and their demonstration of care for me as a customer. The entire team has been helpful, courteous, friendly, and overall - amazing to work with! Highly recommend for your pins / medals etc., needs!
Our medal order has arrived safely and in super fast time. We are so happy Ultimate is still providing our Dance medals we have been using for over 40 years. Terrific service, wonderful people!
