Bad experience I have ever had in a dealership. Chaz or chantz one of the sales guys completely took the rug out from underneath me. I recently purchased a 2018 bmw m4. When I shook hands on the deal he told me it would be at 29.9k. But when he drew up paperwork he didn’t change it so I signed at 33k! Now I want to be the first to tell it, it is my full fault for not reading every part of the agreement.(I took them at their word). I had a great experience buying my car here. The staff was friendly, not pushy, and really took the time to answer my questions. The whole process was smooth, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I’d definitely come back for my next vehicle.
