My family had a disappointing experience regarding communication and resolving payment after work was completed. I hope future projects involve clearer agreements and documentation for everyone involved. Update to the response. To clarify, our concern is not about the original scope of work but regarding additional work that was requested during the project and completed. From our perspective, my dad did not abandon the project and made multiple attempts over several weeks to communicate and resolve the remaining balance.
Warning to anyone considering hiring this company. A family member paid a significant deposit plus a very large construction draw — and received little to no work in return. After terminating the contract, I have made repeated attempts to recover the funds on their behalf. Each time, we were given verbal commitments that were never followed through- even with an acknowledgement from the owner that very little work had been done. We have used Ultimate Poolscapes for cleaning and maintenance for 5 years now and David and his team have continuously gone above and beyond to make sure our pool is beautiful and working properly!
David and Jackie were wonderful to work with, as was their entire crew. They were very responsive, stayed on schedule, and made sure everything was top notch. I love my pool. Love it. I’m so happy with it and I highly recommend them.
We had David build us a pool and we now also use him to maintain the pool. Quality work, easy to work with and does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it
