Less than 3 years later the pool cracked and had a major leak. It needed major repair. I can't recommend them to do repairs. The job took 2 months to do and wasn't even as big of a repair as I was told it was going to be. Ultimate Poolscapes (or people they subcontracted) messed up multiple times and had to come out and undo the work they had done just the day or week prior. This extended the job weeks. David's crew resurfaced our pool, installed new equipment, and they did an amazing job. They discovered we had leaks in our SPA flex piping, and repaired it with minimum disruption to our existing concrete. His crew was very knowledable and friendly.
After numerous texts & phone calls trying to reach the girl I was told I needed to talk to, but always being told “she’s in a meeting”; I’ll take my business elsewhere.
David and Taylor are amazing! They took the mess that the previous contractor left me with and turned my pool dream into a reality! They fixed and finished my pool project on time and made it look more beautiful than I imagined it could be. We enjoyed our first swim season this summer and it was wonderful! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.
