Is this place still in business? I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for over 2 months with no response. I Called, left voicemails and sent emails.

Regarding this company, RUN!!!! They are not professional. They over-promise and under-deliver. Mike was our salesman and made a ton of promises about how they pride themselves on diligence with every customer, don't take on multiple projects at a time, could finish our pool in 5-6 weeks. We contracted in September of 2023 and as of 2/22/2024 still don't have a finished product. We've gotten nothing but excuses and have had several spans of inactivity. People warned me about using contractors through a home warranty company--I should have listened. This pool company came out and first, quoted things that I did not even claim were broken (including heater repairs when I do not even HAVE a heater). When they finally quoted the issue I reported to the home warranty company, they stated it was a freeze related leak, when there is no way they can possibly state that affirmatively it was not leaking prior to the freeze (my pool service states it was).
