In addition to taking 9 months to complete, we were promised our pool would be maintained over the summer. We came home to a swamp with black algae covering the pool and spa. Chuck would not answer our phone calls nor would he call us back. We have a nice pool but the pain dealing with Ultimate was not to be believed.
Impossible to work with. Took 9 months to complete our pool. Promises made and not kept. Finally, told us they would maintain the pool over the summer while we were gone and we came home to a swamp.
