No service at all. I never received a call back about the product. I had left a voice mail with the number on the website. When I went to this address, the sign out front shows the Google address sign but not the product I need for the pool. Strange.
I should have listened to Sherri W. I saw her review and did not take it seriously. Hopefully, you will not make the same mistake. I installed the product as directed and it failed just as Sherri described within 5 months - the decorative rocks came off first and then it began to crack and crumble (I sent 3 pics of this to the owner). I had to dig it out and seal the coping again.
