Unfortunately you have to fight them every step of the process. And be sure to read extensively the agreement. We are not experts, and do not build pools for a living and that ended up costing us. For example, we have a spa that is part of our pool. The initial contract included glass tile on the spillway. Well the spillway is only the top part, not the sides. We can not say enough amazing things about Premier Pools of Central Florida! We were left in a horrible situation by another local pool company, and Premier Pools stepped right in to literally save the day for us. Matt, Hal, and the rest of the team picked up our pool renovation project from the current state that it was in (and had been in for 8+ months), and they were able to finish our pool for us in 3 months! This is our 2nd pool with Premier and we would never go with anyone else. The experience is always so seamless and if any problems ever arise they sort straight away. We have had a lot of bad luck with contractors and GC etc but we would always come back to Premier for our pool. Matt is our guy and we love the banter throughout the process, I guess he is an asset to them ;-)
