Very solid company that is not limited with design capabilities. They put together a pool/spa combination for us with elevation changes throughout the footprint of the pool and deck. Very happy with final product. I highly recommend asking for John Torres during the sales process. He's a high functioning sales person with a background in project management. I luckily found Premier pools after carefully reviewing many companies in Orlando. I was professional helped and treated with the utmost respect. I m so fortunate to had put all my faith in the owner to guide in my selection of materials. I get many compliments on the style too. I m so glad I bought a pool from them. I couldn’t be happier with my pool. The quality of the construction is excellent, but what truly sets this company apart is their outstanding customer service. Even after three years—when my warranty had already expired—I experienced some equipment issues. Leslie Evans went above and beyond to help. She reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf and was able to get my pool light replaced, as one had previously been covered under warranty. We had a new pool heater installed by Premier Pools recently and the experience was excellent. Scheduling was easy and the guys who came out, Sean and Jake, were professional and helpful answering some questions I had. Installation was quick and they made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. The heater works great again and we’re ready for summer. Premier pools did a fantastic job with our pool renovation. They took a nice pool and made a it resort quality pool. They have a great team, are highly responsive and ensure the job is done right.
