Called to order a part for my Polaris, was emailed the quote for my approval. After I approved it they said they will send me a payment link. After 3 days of emails and multiple phone calls with three people all promising they will send me the invoice I received noting. I ended up going to Lismore for the part and bought a new atv while I was there which was my plan in springwood too. I thought the now closed Gold Coast store was bad. This place is worse.

Have use this dealership for years, in the last 12 months have become dreadful. I think the guys on the ground are doing there best, however don’t have any support. After today we will pick up our broken down Polaris and move to the Gold Coast dealership. Who ever is DP should be moved on.

Well it all started with a simple process of a deposit online for a new bike pretty easy hey yep easy to process the deposit next day get a message from them great we negotiated a price and that’s where the positive side of this ended . Terrible service, I dealt with the dealer principal, and was treated as a tyre killer, despite my intention to purchase a bike on the spot. I will never go back, I asked for a price on a bike and was told “read the sticker” the bike didn’t have a “sticker”.Was given completely different information on the phone to in store, go else where if you value good service.
