This company does not take responsibility for their work officially they say a one year warranty from when they've finished the install, that means by the 13 month even though you haven't used the system or it's their fault and you didn't notice it you're not covered

I called this company looking for a local plumber in the Monroe area to handle a Navien heat exchanger warranty swap. Right from the start, the phone etiquette was completely unprofessional.
