If I could give a -5, I would. My son and his family called Dave to get an issue fixed several months ago. Being it was a rental, it took time to get approval from their landlord, Ultimate wouldn’t go ahead without the emailed approval. The approval was given directly to ultimate quite a while ago already. Since then my daughter in law’s calls and texts have been ignored. Then he texts to say he will be there next day. I called first thing this morning for a furnace issue. Ultimate Plumbing and Heating called to let me know when they were arriving and were on time. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding my questions and offered suggestions. The services call was efficient and timely. Prices are fair and reasonable. Thanks Guys, greatly appreciated.
I have dealt with this company several times and they have always been excellent in service and workmanship. Today my furnace went out and even though not freezing out, Dave was over in less than an hour. Thank goodness it was an easy fix. I will be using them again for installation of a new air conditioning unit. Prices are fair and workmanship great!
