Augustus and team were 10/10 and so was the play set. Hard to find business owners this professional, responsive, and polite these days. He finished the whole thing 2 business days after we got in touch for the first time. We are absolutely thrilled with the play set and so are the kids.

quite honestly, I went to the major competitor first befor going to Ultimate Playsets. I was told that it was impossible to put a system in my unlevel backyard. I decided to try Ultimate Playsets. They were so awesome. They set up a site visit almost immediately. Within a month I have a amazing setup in my unlevel backyard. Equipment, delivery, installation and customer service are beyond what you should expect. Do not go anywhere else!
This is a Very Good company! They have a well designed and quality made product and their customer service is exceptional. Augustus and his daughter are wonderful to work with. I bought a unit for my Grandson in Denver and was hoping to get it installed while I was visiting them from NJ so I could see his excitement. Augustus went out of his way to make that happen and that moment was priceless!
