My daughters sweet 16th ON DEC 7TH with ultimate party bus in tampa was a nightmare we booked well in advance and this company together with Kevin Lee the manager just did my child SOOOO WRONG! They NEVER SHOWED UP even 30mn after the limo was supposed to be here they had had us waiting all of my daughters friends were outside waiting for a limo that never came, we cried all together NOT a good way to start a sweet 16th.
