My dealings with Ultimate OffRoad are the worst i have encountered in 25 years plus of owning 4 wheel drives. The counter staff seem to not communicate with each other and returning a phone call seems to be something that is forbidden. Getting a quote took a month, placing the order took a further two and a half weeks and then to be accused the delays were my fault, this was by the manager that has now told lies so as to make this company appear faultless.
