The department I work in at my organization ordered from them back in April, and as of today (August 12, 2018) we still have not received our full order. They tell me it has been on backorder, but I don't understand how something can be on backorder for that long (today I was told they will not be back in stock until the end of September). They have never contacted me giving me this information, I keep having to call and ask which is frustrating. Placed an order for their WoodWorx system, only to find out they have discontinued the color I needed for my office decor AFTER they partially shipped. Now I have to deal with the hell of trying to return the partial and get refunds. Can't trust their website to accurately reflect any stock or whether items will be discontinued. Unreliable - avoid!
