Purchased a 31k set and install and provided electric bill for sizing. Despite asking twice they assured it would be enough. Now we still have 300 electric bills and out the money since we cant get through the most expensive part of the night using solar.

I stopped by to inquire about his product line, installation, service, and cost estimate. What i got was a condescending prick smirking at me and quoting a price of $120K for a modest 5 Kwh system. His wife was better at responding to inquiries about price and hardware but after owner shined me on I left with my $20,000 seed money and decided to educate myself on design and implimentation of my own solar system.
