Let me start by saying that the individual that wrote the last review sounds like his story is far fetched and embellished. I have known Adam and his AAA And ASE certified staff for over 2 years. They are Professional, Polite, and Proficient. I see it, AAA see's it and if they were anything less they wouldn't be in business. They have a great work ethic and always take care of the customers needs. Thanks Adam, Mike, and the rest of your team for doing fantastic work.
ULTIMATELY UNETHICAL – I bought a vehicle from Adam, the owner of Ultimate Motors. A Volkswagen Vanogan. The day I brought the van home it started to over heat. I called Adam, and he had it brought back down to fix the problem. 1 month later I get the van back, and the problem is not fixed. I dropped the van off again, it took 3 months and threats of small claims court to get the van back. I was assured when I got it back, that it was fixed.
