Friendly staff but unprofessional business etiquette! Purchased new bike and refused to supply ERGO Fit options specifically marketed for the bike purchased, infact never mentioned or suggested it! Strange being the major selling point and marketing campaign for this model bike! I asked if it were possible to obtain a suitable fitting seat as the ERGO fit system offered by Kawasaki on the Vulcan S model was a standard Kawasaki offering and being a Kawasaki dealer... Worst service experience! My partner wanted to buy a motorbike and we were completely ignored by the sales team. No one even said hello, so he had to approach the oldest salesperson, who was super rude about trial rides, insinuating we were just there for a joyride. Not impressed. I've worked in sales and this is some of the worst customer service I've seen. “I recently sold my motorcycle to Ultimate Motorcycles Ipswich. The sales manager, Tye Ellison, completed and signed the MTA Vendor’s Statement to Motor Dealer, and the sale was finalised that morning. After I left, I received a call saying they no longer wished to go ahead with the purchase and wanted to return the bike, even though we had a signed contract and the sale had legally been completed.
