Do not want to honour warranty if your location does not have an authorised Kawasaki dealer. Fully qualified motorcycle mechanics are not up to their standards when replacing a faulty part on a bike less than 12 months old
Poor after sales service on a less than 12months New motor cycle...
Hopeless. Stand around waiting to be served while 4 employees hide in there areas. Service staff couldn't get me a filter, sales didn't want to leave his desk. Unless the lot of them except the parts lady that was very busy juggling customers.
