Great service from Wade at Ultimate Motor Group. From the time we advised we were travelling down to view the vehicle to the time we left in the vehicle communication was quick and clear. On arrival at the showroom the vehicle was ready waiting to test drive. Photos and inspection of our Ute for trade in had been completed. Huge thanks to Daymon, found a small but important part ( the only one in nz stock)to secure a light make it safe and legal, called Wednesday arrived next day in Waihi.
Unhelpful, appointment booked online and was told it was an automated email they didn’t have access to. As a Mazda owner from new, I would expect a bit of leeway and help in an emergency, instead I was dismissed as they were busy… and after taking it to a mechanic down the road I found I had a serious problem that needed fixing immediately.
A shoutout to Wade and his Team for the hassle free deal on our new Ranger . From the initial enquiry to the delivery , everything was professional yet friendly . Great experience start to finish .
