Honestly went to this store thinking it was a different one, went in anyways to check it out as I'd been researching mattresses and searching for a deal. Kristy helped me look at some of the options and while doing so I noticed some stock on sale that matched exactly what I'd been looking for. Nice and easy process, I wasn't rushed or pressured, and though she tried to upsale an adjustable base and warranty I can't blame her for that (it's the job).
Christy was very knowledgeable and professional. Enjoyed her very much Would recommend The Ultimate Mattress Store to others!
