Marc was patient with me, took the time to explain the technology, evolution and features of multiple mattresses. I was able to come back the next day with my family and we were able to focus on a few different choices that he explained to me the day before. Wow - this place is amazing. Kristy was so helpful as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. She directed me to the ones I wanted and was very knowledgeable - she answered all my questions and when I decided on a mattress she immediately checked to see if it was in stock and it was, then immediately scheduled the delivery day. The entire process was so smooth and easy! Thank you!
