Mark has been selling mattresses over 30 years- super knowledgeable. Love that the store is Alaska family owned, and I love that there is a 365-day window to exchange for a different mattress. Highly recommend this store! * update: we did exchange our mattress, and Kristy helped me this time and was equally fantastic. She really cared that I found the perfect new mattress... and I did!
