Kristy was friendly and knowledgeable about the product she sold us. Didn’t make us feel pressured at all. Very happy with her service. We had to have our purchase shipped up to Fairbanks and it was only $40!!! Saved us a trip back down to have to pick it up. Highly recommend Ultimate Mattress.
