Kristy was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She gave us recommendations and encouraged us to take 15/20 min on the beds, which we took to relax. Eventually we found the right bed for us with her help!

Called and got a quote on a bed frame for box spring/mattress combo and went in to buy it to find out there was a price change. They honored the quote (lower price) and provided quick and efficient service, even loading my purchase in my car for me. All in all it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this store and its sales personnel!
Mark patiently addressed all of my questions, concerns and most importantly, gave me his honest opinion! He could have sold me the most expensive mattress in the store, but instead he listened to what my partner and I wanted and educated us so we could find the best fit for us.
