She directed me to the ones I wanted and was very knowledgeable - she answered all my questions and when I decided on a mattress she immediately checked to see if it was in stock and it was, then immediately scheduled the delivery day. Living on a remote island is not easy getting a quality mattress. I've had aches and pain for a long time due to mattresses in a box that were memory foam.
