Very happy with the business we did, the customer service was excellent, special to Armani.
Armani was great and so helpful with both sides of the deal from buying to selling and anything in between. He wasn’t just a salesman; he showed us how to operate our new boat, answered questions for us anytime we needed and when we were done with that chapter, he helped us sell our boat and handled all aspects of it. Couldn’t recommend ultimate marine or Armani more!
It started with calling 4 times and emailing 3 others to get $600 worth of parts for my day boat, and then they missed parts, gave me too much of some and not enough of others. For example they didn’t even give me the right amount of oil for my boat after giving them the engine model information. I’ve never experienced a more incompetent dealership than this one. We worked with Colton to buy our Sea Hunt 245 Ultra SE. I have to say what a pleasure it was working with him! We had to wait about 2 months for our boat lift to be done. Colton let us order the new boat, stored it for us and he was so easy to work with. We did not have any issues whatsoever and he got us every deal there was available. I highly recommend this Sea Hunt dealership and ask for Colton. He knows his stuff and does not play games. Ellen & Eddie.
Absolutely Amazing! Hawke took great care of me. These guys are five stars… My new boat is gorgeous, they launched me at the Gulfport Marina, and I got a custom bottom paint job beforehand. Everything was perfect. Five stars!
