They don't know very much about servicing a boat. They are not good people. They charge a lot and your boat may not run when you get it back. Use anybody but these guys, save your self the pain of the damage these people will do to your boat and wallet.
I took my boat in for end of season tune up and told Rich about a problem I had with hard to start after the boat warms up. He said it was the fuel pump and it would need replacing. With the service and new fuel pump and about 3 grand later. After a few months I finally had a chance to take the boat out and it stalled and hydro locked. I took it back to Rich he said the exhaust manifolds were the problem and he changed them out. I went back and he had the engine running at an idle, not much RPM.
