Took my recently purchased used boat in for a full service. Jay went above and beyond doing plugs, compression test, impeller, fluid changes, etc. Then to find out the fuel pumps went bad from the boat sitting for an extended period of time. Jay got me right back in and fixed the problem for a fair rate. He personally took my boat out and made sure everything was good to go before having me pick it up. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. My name is Vince and I just drove from San Francisco to Lakehead earlier today. I spent six hours on the road with a lot of stops and I checked into my cabin and I put my jet ski in the water. This literally all happened today. We recently vacationed at Shasta Lake the last week and a half. We’ve been enjoying the lake for the past 40 years and couldn’t wait to launch our boat and cruise the lake.
