Broke my fence trying to squeeze a rider mower through a narrow pathway. The wider fence entrance was on the right side of the house. Instead of checking if the machine could fit through the other larger entrance to the backyard, they just forcibly rammed it through the more narrow one and caused great damage to my fence. I received 3 quotes. Ultimate was the cheapest. Customer service was excellent. William showed up on time. Finished within an hour. Recommended some other things that could be done at a later time. I will definitely use Ultimate again. William was professional and courtest. He advised what he was doing to clean up the backyard. Other treatments to prevent weeds. When opening the doors we announced his entry/departing each time. I respect that as I was upstairs working and this caused me not to alarmed. 100% customer service!
