The passion and the knowledge Roberto has is inspiring. I have had many failed attempts at sticking to a gym routine in the past but having Roberto training us in the strength and conditioning classes makes me want to show up. Roberto does outstanding work as a massage and stretch therapist. He has personally helped me with immediate needs when I am in pain as well as addressing chronic issues to guide me to make changes in my workout to have lasting impact. You are positively in excellent hands!
This place is amazing! The staff are personable and super knowledgeable. The facility is extremly clean and well equipped. The coaches are incredible. As a parent you can purchase a weight lifting membership and workout while your child has class or relax in their well furnished comfortable lounge.
