Avoid at all costs ... management is manipulative, deceptive and all too happy to lie and gas light at the expense of their customer base. They pick up phones when they want your money, you can't get anything once they've got it. A word to the wise ... steer clear!
My Advice dont waste your time or money here, Ordered OEM Parts, was told 2-4 week backorder and was required to Pay when ordering them on the day, Over next 6 weeks i called a few times, told each time yes there ordered and will be in within a few weeks, Called again to be told they were somehow never actually ordered and would be ordered and instore within 2 weeks, After 2 weeks i rang again to be told yet again they failed to order them, Stupidly I was holding out as I already paid for them but at this point was sick of w... read more
Very disappointing experience. I purchased a motorcycle from this dealership and negotiated the sale on the basis that new tyres would be fitted before delivery. The purchase contract showed the transaction was fully settled with a balance payable of $0.00, and I confirmed at the time of payment that nothing further was owing. Took bike in for a basic error code. Its been a week and a half, absolutey zero communication from them, I've been forced to chase them up at every stage. No call on diagnosis or repair costs and path to go down. Just a simple text saying its done and a cost. When I called to pick it up, told its not possible and to wait until Monday to speak to service guy as they dont have any information.
