Took bike in for a basic error code. Its been a week and a half, absolutey zero communication from them, I've been forced to chase them up at every stage. No call on diagnosis or repair costs and path to go down. Just a simple text saying its done and a cost. Went in to buy new kle500 grunted reply to my gday from young bloke at his desk then ignored whilst I stood there like an idiot. I’m not a demanding person but basic politeness isn’t too much I would have thought. Oh well off somewhere else I don’t stay anywhere I’m not welcome.
Recently purchased a ninja 650 with Gold Coast Kawasaki at Nerang. No issues with the bike however had a number of issues with accessories purchased and installed on the bike. On the day of buying the bike I was upsold a quad lock system which I did not really need however thought it would be a good purchase for down the track. Since having the bike delivered I have had non stop electrical issues with the bike and battery due to the quad lock system. This is in no way Kawasaki’s fault.
