Appreciated Wade coming out to do attic inspection. Also found out bathroom fan did not vent out through roof. I am getting new shingles and a 3 season room so had questions about the best ventilation system for my roof. They came out when they set up appointment with a few guys and were in and out in 2 hr putting in insulation baffles, a new bathroom fan, and some new insulation. Felt confident in their work and am very happy I called this company to do the work. Very professional outfit.

The contracted work was completed within the estimate in a timely manner. Photos of the competed project were provided and explanations given as requested. Cleanup was performed is in a satisfactory manner.
Was impressed with this company right from the call requesting a quote for a roof & attic issue. Wade made the initial inspection and and explained exactly what the problem was and how to resolve it. I was impressed with the knowledge and corrective action recommended. If you want the job done right, call Ultimate first.
