Their employs are vegetable garden Thieves. ..... Stuffing their pockets ...!!! They use tools with Removed Rock-Guards that throw Sh't all over the sidewalks and sprays pebbles all over our cars paint jobs & Parked cars. My windshield is covered with debris and it ruins my windshield wipers and Smugges my windshield. These gardners don't know how to use Modern tools. It's time to sign a petition to remove them and their Contract.
