Ultimate Improvements is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Chase lied about submitting info to my insurance and even accused me of getting a payout—my insurance proved that was false. They never replaced my roof, threatened me via text, and their staff has zero communication. Avoid this company! Recently had my roof renewed and am very pleased with this company. Chase is so kind and constantly kept in touch throughout the job. The roof looks terrific and am very satisfied with the results. The men worked nonstop and completed the entire job in one day!
