Ultimate Improvements is by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Chase lied about submitting info to my insurance and even accused me of getting a payout—my insurance proved that was false. They never replaced my roof, threatened me via text, and their staff has zero communication. Avoid this company! Recently had my roof renewed and am very pleased with this company. Chase is so kind and constantly kept in touch throughout the job. The roof looks terrific and am very satisfied with the results. The men worked nonstop and completed the entire job in one day!

Ultimate Improvements is a company you can trust to help you. We received their excellent service when we had our roof replacement. Chase was extremely helpful in various ways. At the end, the insurance company paid for the roof replacement. If Chase did not assist/help, we would not be able to avail of the roof replacement via our insurance company. Thank you very much Chase and to the Home Improvements.

From them dealing with the insurance and the completion of the job. 11,000 ft.² of roofing and 22 skylights for motorized with solar power it was a job well done! Highly recommend
