Suzanne is my hairdresser and I love her and the job she does.
I initially rated Ultimate Image a 1 because of a poor experience that I had back in the summer. Several months ago they reached out to me and offered a free massage to rectify the situation. I was pregnant at the time and was unable to use it, but they said it would be no problem to use it after my baby was born. Last week I called in and scheduled an appointment for today.
