I had a friend in town and convinced her to go here instead of. Askin Robbin’s. We walked in and the place looked like it was being renovated. She looked at the small list of flavors and turned to me with a questioning look. What happened to Ultimate? While there another customer tried to pay with cash and they didn’t have appropriate change in the till. I wanted a milkshake but the ice cream flavors were insufficient. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place was not that good :(. The service was pretty slow and when I asked about different flavors the boy said "i don't know how to describe it" and then gave me a blank stare lol. Once we got the icecream is was very soft and almost melted? Also the dark chocolate is notttt dark chocolate it's just regular chocolate you can buy at the store. Just wasn't worth it in our opinion.

It's hard to have bad ice cream. But every time I've gone here, simply because it's in my neighborhood, it's been a disappointment. Last time, all their ice cream was melted but they were selling it anyway.

I have been going here for years growing up (when it was Ultimate Ice Cream) it was always my favorite in town and it was a treat I always looked forward to. Since the name change to the “Mad Dipper” I just recently went down to check it out with my family for a nice evening dessert, in short we were disappointed. The flavors were limited and one of the special flavors was almost liquid when it was POURED into the cup.
