The project manager was very professional and helpful with the design and selection of materials for my bathroom. The communication. and timeliness of my project from start to finish was outstanding. The technician that did all the work was on time daily and cleanup after every work day. We are very pleased with our completed new shower, flooring, and vanity.
From the start, working with Ultimate and Han as our project manager could not have gone any better. These guys really are customer centric and hold themselves to a high standard. The labor guys that came to do that work also were great to deal with. We had a full Reno of our three piece master bath (walk in/ toilet/ vanity), and the before and afters speak for themselves. After seeing so many positive reviews and wanting to support a local business, I reached out for a kitchen renovation quote. I made it clear upfront that I already had a completed design. They scheduled a measurement visit, but the representative (Mina) was unable to clearly explain their process or answer basic questions. I was then told they would not provide a quote unless I paid a $99 fee, which felt unreasonable given that my design was already prepared. Our place to go for any home design. Had kitchen done last year, bath in January and recently the laundry room. Great teams, quick and professional, kept the place clean. Great jobs on all aspects. I would recommend Ultimate Home Design for quality work, quality material and affordability.
