Couldn't say enough wonderful things about Jay and his crew! From start to finish they heard us, worked with us, communicated great, and in the left us with wonderful new windows! Very honest and did a clean install, highly recommend them!
I was referred by a neighbor who had work done by Ultimate. I could’t be more pleased with my new vinyl replacement windows and patio door. Joe was fantastic answering all my questions/concerns when he came out for the estimate and final measurements later on. I was surprised that they don’t take any money until the project is complete. New review: This is my second time working with Ultimate Home Concepts. Professional, quick, good job, quality products. We had 7 windows, 2 doors installed. Joe and Jay were easy to work with, responded quickly to questions. The crew did a good job, professional from beginning to end. I will use them again. I had 2 glass block basement windows installed. I had a new window cut in to our kitchen. The crews did a fantastic job, cleaned up when they were done. Recommend this Ultimate Home Concepts.
Ultimate Home Concepts comes through for me again! I have been working with Joe Grieger & Jay since 2001 on projects for my 84 year old home in Racine. The latest project was new granite kitchen counter tops, sink & faucet, & they look fantastic! Joe helped me work with a company called 45 Stone, LLC & Ken & son Blake came to install the new countertops & sink - they carefully removed the old countertops & installed the new ones & a new under-mount sink in 3 hours & they are beautiful.
