I am not sure what is going on with this company. I had them out in September to fix a leaking condensation drain line and they told me I needed to install a pump for my condensation line (since the old line was just using gravity) and to install an overflow pan for my air handler. I agreed to both and they charged me accordingly and said they would come back to install the overflow pan since it was a 2 man job. I had this company install a new HVAC system back on April 1st. The system is eligible for a $500-$800 rebate through TVA. This was outlined in the estimate from Ultimate Heating and Air and confirmed verbally numerous times. In order to claim this rebate, the installing company needs to submit a form to TVA to initiate the process. I doubt it's a huge inconvenience for the company to do. Jay is a great technician. He is knowledgeable about what he’s doing. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. On top of that, he and Brady (the owner) are very personable.
