Don’t ever let these people sell you a Bosch heat pump.My unit is less than 5 years old and it has been a nightmare.They sold it to me for 10000 dollars and I have a 1300 sq foot house. It has broken down every winter and also had to replace the thermostat.They don’t service what they sell had to try to find other HVAC people to try and fix it.I am sitting here again with this worthless 10,000 Bosch Brady sold less than 5 years old and has completely shut down no heating or air. These guys are amazing. Our HVAC went out and they had a new one installed within a week. They even brought out portable A/C units for us to use until the new unit showed up. They are professional caring and the attention to detail of our needs it next level.
