I was visiting Rapid City on vacation when I started having trouble with my hearing aid. Even though Ultimate Hearing doesn’t carry the brand I use, they still went above and beyond to help me. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—they even stayed late to do everything they could to get it working again. I truly appreciated their willingness to help someone from out of town. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication these days. Thank you so much to everyone at Ultimate Hearing!

Just paid off my hearing aides. The customer service locally and at home office was superior. The product seems very good.
Great little office with very knowledgeable staff willing to help when they can.
