Best service ever. I had really horrible service in Casper, Wyoming, but Barb quickly fixed all my issues and my hearing aids worked better than ever since I found her. Her service and expertise are unmatched and would highly recommend these hearing aids and her service. Thanks Barb, for making things better!
I was visiting Rapid City on vacation when I started having trouble with my hearing aid. Even though Ultimate Hearing doesn’t carry the brand I use, they still went above and beyond to help me. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—they even stayed late to do everything they could to get it working again. Just paid off my hearing aides. The customer service locally and at home office was superior. The product seems very good.
