I am new to the DesMoines area and have had Resound hearing aids for several years. Shawn was totally amazing during my visit, he was so thorough and helpful. He gave more information and service than I had when I purchased them! I am so happy to have a new go to for assistance in my "hearing" life! My family will appreciate my hearing as well!
Excellent post sale service.
My husband has been in Resound for the last 3 years and they have been a step up to any other hearing aid he has had. Since Barb has taken over as audiologist she has totally reset everything from what they were and his hearing is so much better and he hasn’t been able to hear this well in a long time. I highly recommend Ultimate Hearing!
