I do like ultimate.... But I am looking for a couple specialists so the first of the year I requested a 2026 provider directory. Well i received my 5th mailing of the same directory for region 2 I live in region 5 I believe I was told EVERY TIME I called. Pictured are 4 I threw the first one away believing it was a mistake. Zero stars. This is the worst health insurance I have ever had. The member portal never works, customer service call line is horrible, only a few doctors in their network for primary care and not enough specialists in their network. You get what you pay for! This free give back Medicare Advantage Plan is garbage. All it covers is $90 worth of band aids and tylenol per month.
