The doctors are nice, however the admin staff are extremely unprofessional, to a degree they are rude and mean to patients who are seeking help. They are not even close to the volume of patients coming in compared to any walk-in clinic downtown Toronto yet they have the same amount of admin staff. Depute that, they still choose to the mean and rude to patients, as if we owe them anything.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional medical office. All of the staff ,doctors, receprion ,manager none of them care for the patients. None of them do their job right.for getting a refill you have to call a millon times.for getting your test results even if there's something important that needs follow up you have to call a million times. No one in this center care for the patients AT ALL! Too bad that can't find a new doctor to save yourself from this horrible center.

Any time called their office waiting for 10 to 15 mins to secretary responding to my calls other day I was around and I drove to their office to ask one question because 15 mins I was on the line and with anybody answerd and they hangup on me this is not first time happening is happening few time I think is more easier access to prime minister then ur family physician at this clinic with their secretary responses I don't know why nobody care about the patients and why even they have secretary when they not even answer the ph... read more
