Admin staff here are so painfully inefficient. Always have to call multiple times to follow up on anything. Love my family doctor but any time I have to communicate through reception it makes me so mad. Can you please do something about this? Based on the reviews here, this appears to be a consistent problem. Please do something to fix this.
avoid at all costs. if you’re fortunate to not have this office as your main healthcare provider, count yourself lucky and go somewhere else. the doctors are great but the level of organization and reliably here is terrible.
