The customer service is terrible. They canceled my appointment and claimed that i canceled it moments before. There is no voicemail of me canceling, nor is there mulitple numbers. If that is the case, i would like to see
I booked with Mel for the first time today after weeks of finding someone for a new cut. I chose Ultimate, he has a client for life! He is warm, kind and a great conversationist! We discussed what would be best, I knew I could trust him immediately! I love my new 'do! Thank you again Mel!!!!
Mel Zie was great! 10/10. I went in the get my dead ends cut off because my hair looked terrible and he was great! Definitely recommend.
