Ordered through their site. Price was lower than competitors. Next day they canceled the order stating typographical error. Typographical errors would be if the wrong price was entered on the site. This product was sold at that price prior. This was an artifact of the company not keeping their prices up to date. The company uses the term loosely in lieu of having a web marketing team. Bought a used golf cart from ultimate they are really easy to deal with I some custom work done like had the painted the same color as my truck they did it without any problem if I was going to buy a new one i would be a returning to ultimate golf cart thank you guys for your patience
Very disappointed. The personnel at this company were impossible to deal with. They offered false information on their website and then set false expectations on the delivery of product on multiple occasions. They had no problem collecting money up front. I will NEVER order anything else from this company.
Buyer beware! This company does not stand behind their product. Non usable products received and not replaced with functioning product.... plus, they expect the customer to cover the return cost for a defective product. Spend your money elsewhere.
Buyer beware poor customer service , shoddy work. I bought a golf cart from them , had them add a lift , wheels and tires , head lights tail lights and a rear seat. After I picked it up I went for a drive around my neighborhood. After driving it maybe 500 ft the rear drivers tire fell off..... I put the tire back on (I found 3 lug nuts on the street) and decided to go over every thing they did. Every other tire had at least one lug nut very loose some had 2 loose.
