The gym is generally clean, but the equipment is relatively old/worn out. The building itself is awful - the free weight/dumbbell room is much hotter than the other 3 rooms, which is saying something because the entire gym is much hotter inside than it should be - regularly reaches 80°F+ during the day. The parking lot is awful - no curb stops to prevent all the bro's from blocking the sidewalk with their bumpers/hitches. Overall it seems like management doesn't really care, but does the bare minimum to get by.

Very clean and so many machines at both locations highly recommend excellent customer service
This will be removed when the issue is fixed. For over a month now, there has been a hole in the sidewalk in front of your Rapid Valley location, which you have been notified about. I know that you don't own the building, but the fact that this has been a hazard for this long is absurd. I've included photos I've taken over the past few weeks as proof. Again, fix it, and I'll remove this review. Thanks!
I cancelled my contract November 29, 2025. It expired December 29, 2025. They are now trying to process my debit card on file $1.03 weekly. In response to the owners "reasoning"... I fulfilled my contract by committing to the 18 month contract I signed up for. I paid the full final month, which on its own fulfills my contract. No where in my cancellation agreement or contract for access to the gym does it say ill be charged beyond my monthly obligation if i fulfill my contract term.
