This will be removed when the issue is fixed. For over a month now, there has been a hole in the sidewalk in front of your Rapid Valley location, which you have been notified about. I know that you don't own the building, but the fact that this has been a hazard for this long is absurd. I've included photos I've taken over the past few weeks as proof. Again, fix it, and I'll remove this review. Thanks!

I cancelled my contract November 29, 2025. It expired December 29, 2025. They are now trying to process my debit card on file $1.03 weekly. In response to the owners "reasoning"... I fulfilled my contract by committing to the 18 month contract I signed up for. I paid the full final month, which on its own fulfills my contract. No where in my cancellation agreement or contract for access to the gym does it say ill be charged beyond my monthly obligation if i fulfill my contract term. Do not go here. Can get better value elsewhere and the employees are just plain rude. I moved out of town and I called the day of getting charged for the month and the customer service was just rude and said they don’t do refunds no matter what. Never going back to this place.
