Great community feel!

I've been training for around 15 years and this is by far the best gym I've joined. All the trainers are knowledgeable and approachable when it comes to nutrition, muscle/strength building/training, weight loss, injury management and rehab. The gym offers a wide variety of classes and exercises. Mark and his team at UFQ Ormeau have built a friendly and inviting gym atmosphere and I intend on being a member for a very long time!
Amazing club! Absolutely awesome staff, very inviting, clean toilets, no judgement... highly recommended to everyone!!
