Results Oriented – This place, the people and the system used is a very welcoming, safe and extremely efficient way of developing strength for anyone. The week is not right without UF – After six years and two outstanding trainers,first one moved out of town after K storm, a missed week is depressing. I cycle play tennis,but when I can't do those a session at Ultimate Fitness more than takes up the slack. I was skeptical one session a week was enough,but it really is.An added bonus is the quality of the clientel and the other trainers in addition to my own. Like Nothing I've Done Before!! – I've exercised all my life, running, swimming, what I considered weight lifting. Then after seeing the results my wife attained I decided to try the Ultimate Fitness approach to weight lifting. Like any workout, you get out of it what you put in. I leave each session fatigued, which is the point, yet very satisfied with the way I feel., the added plus is my trainer is a "Hoot".
