I’ve been training with Coach D since July 2025 and I’m super satisfied with his expertise, drive and his engagement with his clients. I love the fact that this just isn’t about the money for him, he’s genuinely dedicated/passionate about getting people where they need to be, even if he has to show alil tough love lol ……. The atmosphere, the connections amongst the others is awesome as well. I enjoy working out with my Ultimate Fitness Family- he has changed my life for the better . Thank you Coach D for your patience.
Nothing like having someone rooting you on during a workout. Making you feel good about your decision to help you be a better you. Great place to start when trying to get back in shape. Doesn't encourage overexerting yourself to get results. Encourages staying within your comfort zone.

Coach D is a man of many talents but the positive impact he has on young boys is astounding. He not only trains them physically, he trains them mentally. Tailoring their workouts to improve the areas they may not be as strong in. He has been working with my two sons ages 15 and 10. Sometimes my 4 year old joins in to get a little action. They have become more athletic in a short two month period. They enjoy the training and are eager to attend every session. Even I had joined in on two sessions.
