best kickboxing classes I've ever been to! everyone friendly, good atmosphere, intense classes and very good coaches
I absolutely love it here. Best decision ive done in 2025. The coaches are amazing, staff are really helpful. I genuinely just cant wait for my sessions. If you are looking to learn combat sport UFCC is truly amazing. Come check it out.
Its a decent gym but lacks on spme equipment, no sled leg press only seated. Lat pull down has limited ROM and some machines don't have easy to read weight stacks for tracking. Seems to have a nice respectful community
It's a nice room! It's got everything you need! Great location! especially pleased with the staff, competent trainers
