Spoilt for choice with the variety of equipment available, including machines rarely seen in most gyms. Very friendly staff. The location is in a prime location, served by many bus routes, making it very accessible.
I like how spacious it is. It’s got 2 levels , with plans of a 3rd floor on way. 1st floor is mostly cardio, and upper body focused. 2nd floor is back, and legs mostly. Abs equipment is at the entrance to the 2nd floor. Trainers are friendly and helpful enough. They’ve got lockers for both male and female and a posing room. Closing time is 12 am on Monday to Saturday, usually staff are present till 9pm each weekday, after which you’ll need a membership code to enter the building.
